The games are free

The games play free in any modern browser, with no account, no download and nothing behind a payment. There is no in-game currency, no purchase and no advertising on VARGA’s own site. We may change, pause or retire a game at any time.

The games are also published on third-party game portals. Those versions run under the portal’s terms, not these, and may carry advertising the portal controls.

Leaderboard names

The display name you submit is shown publicly. Don’t submit someone else’s name, a name intended to impersonate us, or anything abusive — we remove entries at our discretion and without notice. Scores are verified server-side and submissions that cannot be verified are rejected.

Our content

The music, artwork, characters, video and copy on this site belong to VARGA and Nordlys Recordings. You may share and link to it, and you may post the replay clips and share cards the games generate. You may not use the music in your own commercial work without a licence — contact us for sync licensing.

Merch

The store is operated by Fourthwall, which is the merchant of record. Orders, payment, shipping, returns and any dispute about a purchase are between you and Fourthwall, under their terms.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided as they are. We do not promise they will be available without interruption or free of defects, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish or EU law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

Swedish law applies, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the updated version.
